Making the Fountains

The first step to creating a Natural Creations tabletop fountain is to sculpt with  Featherock, a lightweight stone native to the High Sierras of California.

Charles then visualizes the placement of   water flow and plants. He later hand-sculpts the indoor fountain with every detail in mind. When finished shaping the display, he ensures that the water follows a splash free flow with ideal sound quality.  

The fountain is then placed in a decorative fountain bowl (which are all crafted, cast and hand painted at Natural Creations, Inc as well). Charles then designs and constructs the miniature stone wall, supporting every display in the decorative fountain bowl. He applies the finishing touches installing the lighting, underwater fogging effects and attaching any decorative moss.

The display is now garnished with the proper plant material. The fountain upon completion is then tested a final time to ensure a splash free melodic sound. Every one of Charles' displays depicts an absolute work of moving art expressed from his heart and soul.
