Does Your Pump Hum?

  Cause: vibration from pump touching the basin or defective pump.

  Solution: lift fountain out to remove any stones leaning against pump or replace   pump.

  Do You Get Algae or White Buildup On Your Fountain?

  Cause: direct sunlight or underwater light or minerals precipitating on rock.

  Solution: clean algae from tabletop fountain using algaecide (like Fountec) or   clean minerals with vinegar (not for live plants) or Protec.

  No Water Flows From My Fountain

  Cause: pump is air locked or pump is clogged.

  Solution: unplug and plug in fountain pump (prime first if necessary by pouring   water into top of fountain) then repeat or clean pump.

  My Fogger Has Reduced Fog Or Has Stopped

  Cause: dirt or mineral deposits on disc or defective disc.

  Solution: unplug fogger and clean off disc w/ distilled water or replace disc.

  I Have Too Much Fog!

  Cause: fogger is not restricted enough.

  Solution: misdirect small fountain that emits from fogger (the more you restrict   this fountain, the less fog you will have).

  My Underwater Light Stopped Working

  Cause: defective bulb or cord unplugged from transformer or defective transformer.

  Solution: replace bulb or reattach cord or replace transformer.
